booking conditions & general information

Arrival - Between 4pm & 10pm. Prior arrangements can be made to leave your luggage and pick up your keys at an earlier time.

Departure - On your day of departure we request that you vacate your room by 10.00am.

Breakfast - Breakfast is served from 8.15am until 9.00 am.

Non-Smoking - Mory House is completely non-smoking. There is an area outside where you can smoke if you wish.

Deposits - at the time of your booking you will be asked for a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 per person.

Cancellations - Cancellations within 1 week of your booked arrival date will incur a cost of 50% of your booking value unless your room can be re-let for the same period.  Cancellations within 24 hours of your booked arrival date will incur a cost of 100% of you booking value unless your room can be let for the same period.

Stag/Hen parties - as a small, family run, bed & breakfast we do not accommodate single sex parties.

In some cases, the exceptional standards we provide, can cause overwhelming happiness.  If you desire net curtains, highly patterned carpets & a greasy fry up we advise you to go elsewhere.
